TOS and Rules

Terms of service

✦ I do not accept commissions that do not fit well with my style. If a commission is declined it is because I feel that I will not be able to properly deliver what is asked for, or it does not fit my personal style or capabilities.✦ WAITLIST: I do not have waitlists. I open commissions and do first come first serve as my commission batches are typically 1-3 at a time. I apologize for any inconvenience.✦ A link to my relevant social media must be made when using or displaying vTuber models, pngTubers, emotes, or art on any website. This applies to riggers or artists posting my work in collaboration, WIPs, or portfolios. (Ex: credit my username in your bio or in the text of a post, etc.)✦ Art made by me DOES NOT include rights to commercial use, with the exception of vTuber models, of which it is included in the price.✦ Copying, reproducing, modifying, tracing, or claiming my work as your own work is strictly forbidden.✦ Art or vTuber/pngTuber models made by me are NOT authorized for use in blockchain-related technology such as NFT’s or any form of cryptocurrency. I also DO NOT allow my art to be purposefully uploaded to AI databases under any circumstances.✦ (Only pertains to vTuber models) A 200USD down payment must be paid to secure a slot for vTuber models for me to begin work. I will work on the character design and sketch of the model however beyond this point I require the rest of the payment before I will start line art/rendering/separating. Once the final sketch is approved and/or full payment has been received I will then have 3 months MAXIMUM to complete the model.✦ (Pertaining to all other commissions with exception of vTuber Models) Full Payment through PayPal must be made before work is began. I will not allow partial payments that go beyond one month of the initial payment as this is my full time job and main source of income.✦There is a 5.5% tax added on all commission prices.✦ I will not hold a commission slot for more than a week. Inability to pay will result in a lost commission slot.✦ I do NOT accept commissions for R-18 content or offensive themes.✦ You will be provided 3 opportunities for edits during the initial sketch stage, and one opportunity for edits prior to rendering. (Ex: Minor missing details, adjustment of hues, change of eye shape, etc.)✦ Full refunds will only be allowed if work has not been started after 2.5 months of accepting the final sketch. If not for this situation full refunds will not be allowed. Partial refunds will be considered if work has been started, however will not be guaranteed depending on the progress of the commission.
If I have not started on your commission, changes will be allowed as long as they still align with my TOS and “Will do’s/will nots.”✦ I reserve the right to refund or cancel a commission if payment is not being made in a timely manner, my personal boundaries are being crossed, or Terms of Service has been breached.✦ You will receive the PSD file of the model. No physical items will be sent. All commissions and commission prices are for art only, NOT rigging.✦ Do NOT claim full credit of my artwork or creations as your own. I retain certain rights such as being able to publish art to my social media accounts and personal portfolio/ stream the drawing process on Twitch. Resale of commissions is NOT allowed.✦When commissioning for a design, you DO NOT have rights to use or distribute alternative or unused designs. Eg: if you choose one design out of five, you do not get rights to the other 4 designs without additional payment.✦ Commercial licensing will require a minimum 100 USD fee.*Rules✦ Chargebacks due to irresponsible purchasing will automatically result in permanent blacklisting. The payer will be held responsible if there are any chargebacks/refunds.✦ Please do not hassle me online if you see me drawing and posting for myself, I need AND deserve the right to draw what I want and to continue to grow and practice my skills.✦ Please familiarize yourself with my art style and capabilities prior to asking for a commission.✦ Please DO NOT harass me for a commission slot if they are not open. However, inquiries are always welcome.✦ Communication and updates must be done through discord. Please do not DM me on social media or email me to discuss vTuber commissions unless you are inquiring if they are open or not. Commission communications are strictly business, please behave accordingly. You may be spoken to by my partner on behalf of me, I will let you know prior to this communication who it is.

Process

✦ I will send sketches for approval prior to starting the final line-art or rendering.✦ Changes cannot be made after initial approval unless I have forgotten something that was previously requested. (Ex: forgot a birthmark, earring, minor clothing item, etc.)✦ Be honest and specific when asked for input or feedback on the initial sketch. Any major changes asked for once lineart or rendering has started will not be accepted.

Completion Timeline

✦ I hold a FULL TIME job outside of art. Because of this, Vtuber model commissions can take up to four months from acceptance of the final sketch to be completed.✦ Commissions are made in the order they are received/down payments are paid.✦ A commission slot is not considered filled until I have accepted the commission and a down payment is made. An application form is not considered a filled commission slot. vTubers models can take up to 4 months to complete MAXIMUM from approval of the final sketch. PngTubers/ Illustrations can take up to 2 months to complete from approval of the final sketch.
